True evil doesn't act in public, it disguises itself in a way that in the public eye is just and legitimate. Evil doesn't announce its presence, but uses tools to achieve its goals. This also shows us the cause of evil itself; a very deep fear.
Every human that doesn't truly understand its true nature becomes, knowingly or unknowingly, the extended arm of evil.
